Bridging the gap in student learning through simulation immersion mapped to curriculum content

Faculty identified gaps in BSN student knowledge by analyzing course exams and standardized testing. Faculty utilized technology to implement simulation following the didactic content in each course. The project resulted in improved course and standardized exam scores, as well as positive Socratic student and clinical faculty feedback.
