Abstract
As nurses we often hear and see the worst. This has been intensified in the time of COVID-19. How do you keep positive when your colleagues are negative saying "I can't take it anymore," or "I'm so tired of this place," or even worse, "I'm quitting."? This panel will discuss ways to remain positive and even thrive among the bad or negative attitudes of others
Learning Outcomes:
- Describe at least two actions nurses can take to express positive enthusiasm while at work
- Verbalize at least two ways to show positivity while at work
