Abstract
In post-cesarean delivery patients where postpartum pain management is ineffective, does the administration of quadratus lumborum blocks provide superior pain relief compared to standard analgesic management and other regional analgesia techniques, and does it lead to a reduction in opioid consumption and improved patient satisfaction?
