Abstract
Staff nurses were mentored by nursing leaders to gain knowledge and experience in conducting nursing research of nurse's health promotion behaviors. Two studies were completed to provide data-supported health promotion initiatives in the workplace. The presentation will describe the Nursing Internship program and a summary of the study outcomes.
