Abstract

Direct care staff are appointed to lead practice setting healthy work environment (HWE) initiatives. Participants are prepared to lead through a professional development series including HWE overview, assessment and data analysis, and group facilitation strategies. Educational design, teaching strategies, as well as support and resources will be shared.
