Abstract
This presentation will describe the ambiguous concept of collegiality in nursing as it relates to the existing literature, and begin a dialogue with key stakeholders that enhances a healthy work environment through the development of positive faculty to faculty relationships as a means to decreasing the growing nurse faculty shortage.
