Abstract
The telemetry Leaders and the Collaborative Care Council implemented the use of meaningful recognition and appreciation to foster a healthy work environment. The team morale on the unit improved tremendously, certification rates went from 21% to 90%; likelihood to recommend went from 64.9% to 75.2%.
