Abstract

This study aimed to define and clarify the concept of colleague solidarity among nurses who cared for infected patients with COVID-19 in South Korea. A hybrid model method was used to investigate the concept from theoretical views and fieldwork views with nine nurses serving at the frontline of the pandemic.
