Abstract
A conducive work environment is necessary to enhance productivity. Workers' relationship is a significant influence in the workplace environment quality. This presentation provides an international perspective on workplace civility among nurses from different generations, contributing to knowledge about the workplace generational differences and need for strategies to improve workers' well-being.
