Abstract

Self-compassion has been found to mitigate stress during difficult times, yet the theoretical pathways among stress, self-compassion, and health outcomes have not been well described in this population. This presentation will describe an integrated theoretical framework that can explain how stress and health outcomes are influenced by self-compassion.
