Abstract

Globally, nursing student incivility is a growing concern that precipitates future workplace incivility and negative patient outcomes. The purpose of this presentation is to provide nursing faculty with evidence-based strategies to promote classroom and clinical civility; generating graduate nurses that exhibit civil qualities in work environments with improved patient outcomes.
