Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly changed the workplace environment. It has repeatedly exposed nurses to challenges that may predict compassion fatigue and produce changes to the professional quality of life of nurses. The professional quality of life among psychiatric mental health nurses was studied in 2022 and predictors were revealed.
