Abstract

Hospital-acquired pressure injury prevention is a priority for nursing quality and has implications for patient outcomes and healthcare costs. This project implemented a tool guiding risk screening and care planning among bedside nurses. While results were non-significant, positive trends were identified, and key barriers for prevention identified.
