Abstract

This study is to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Korean version of the Management of Aggression and Violence Attitude Scale(K-MAVAS). With a five-factor construct, the scale was found to be a valid and reliable tool among Korean nurses to evaluate the attitude on managing patient aggression.
