Abstract

This presentation showcases the results of interpretive phenomenological study of the wellbeing of seasoned nurses since the onset of COVID-19. Results reveal how COVID-19 amplified pre-existing issues in the nursing profession, why seasoned nurses remain committed to their jobs, and what they see for nursing's future.
