Abstract

Burnout in nursing has become a pandemic in and of itself during the COVID-19 pandemic. This presentation provides an evidence-based strategy for healthcare leaders and teams to identify the upstream drivers of burnout among their nursing workforce, thus empowering nurses and healthcare leaders to develop appropriate and relevant solutions.
