Abstract

Organizations must find ways to sustain nurses and healthcare workers beyond traditional human resource programs and focus on unhealthy practice environments. A program evaluation was conducted to determine whether developing Caritas behaviors through a Caring Science program improves compassion satisfaction in nurses and interdisciplinary teams professional quality of life.
