Association between sedentary behavior, physical activity, and metabolic syndrome in IT workers

Abstract

  • Aim 1. Formulate estimates of sedentary behavior (SB) and physical activity (PA) in IT workers.
  • Aim 2. Explore IT worker subgroup profiles to determine which subgroups are associated with the lowest and highest SB and PA.
  • Aim 3. Identify factors influencing SB and PA at multi level.
  • Aim 4. Determine modifiable risk factors influencing the relationship between metabolic syndrome (MetS), SB, and PA.
