Other Titles
Special Session/Plenary Session
Abstract
The 15-year gap between the discovery of new knowledge and the implementation of that knowledge in practice is too long and causes unnecessary patient harm. In this presentation, strategies to disseminate research through presentations, publications, social and public media, and health policy will be discussed. Strategies to develop in-depth dissemination plans will be highlighted, including ways to scale evidence to make a positive impact in real-world clinical practice settings.
