Sigma Emerging Educational Administrator Institute

This collection features the posters of nurse faculty who have completed Sigma's Emerging Educational Administrator Institute. These posters were presented at Sigma Biennial Conventions.

This institute is intended for nurse faculty in their first administrative position (three years or less), or those aspiring to become administrators. The institute is an 18-month mentored-leadership experience utilizing the Triad Model. To learn more about this institute please click here.
