Logo

Sigma Theta Tau International (Sigma) and its funding partner Johnson & Johnson, present the Maternal-Child Health Nurse Leadership Academy Africa (MCHNLA Africa) which develops the leadership skills of maternal and child health nurses and midwives who work in a variety of healthcare settings in four countries, Malawi, Swaziland, South Africa and Uganda, in Africa. The academy prepares these nurses and midwives for effective interprofessional team leadership as they strive to improve the quality of healthcare for childbearing women and children up to 5 years old.

For more information, see: Maternal-Child Health Nurse Leadership Academy Africa.

This collection holds the posters of academy participants as presented at the Sigma Africa Consortium Biennial Conferences.
