This virtual gathering will introduce the 7 Dimensions of Self-Care and guide participants to identify their wellness needs. Experiential and personalized micro-restorative practices will invite participants to return to self, listen, and respond with a sustainable plan to support optimal health and well-being (mental, emotional, physical, social, spiritual, community).
