Abstract

This presentation displays to two medical centers' data sets that are part of a multisite mixed methods regional study. The study explored prevalence of bullying and intention to leave among Southern California nurses via SurveyMonkey®. Data were collected during the pandemic. Results, implications, and recommendation for nursing will be provided.
