Abstract

Workplace challenges erode personal health and professional well-being. Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, there was growing concern around the well-being of minority healthcare workers due to workplace issues. Attendees of this session will discover whether these problems exacerbated, reduced, or disappeared during the pandemic.
