Abstract

Almost one-third of nurses have post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Trauma-informed professional development is a framework that allows nursing professional development practitioners to plan interventions to decrease risk for PTSD and facilitate recovery. This presentation will include the results of an intervention mapping study to develop those interventions.
