Abstract

Adapted ADDIE model of Charge Nurse training program has improved staff satisfaction and confidence. Findings from this study suggest that formally addressing learning needs as nurses transition from a clinical role to a leadership role can improve individuals’ confidence in their ability to perform necessary tasks.
