Abstract

Potential benefits are considerable when addressing perinatal racism in nursing school is then expounded upon in new hire residency programs. Such an effort was undertaken in a Texas city involving collaboration between a university nursing professor and a nursing research scientist and nurse educator working within a local healthcare system.
