ADN students use current literature and personal experiences to enhance knowledge of violence and incivility in the clinical setting and its impact on patient outcomes and nurse burnout. Utilizing the ANA Code of Ethics as a framework, students determine the nurse’s role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
