Abstract

This session provides essential steps to foster clinically-based nurses’ success in developing abstracts and manuscripts for external dissemination. Interactive learning, gamification, and peer-to-peer coaching were used to provide participants with evidence-based tools that resulted in 181 external disseminations in the past five years.
