The perioperative area has been identified as one of the top specialties where the COVID pandemic impacted nursing practice. This presentation will explore the perioperative nurse’s experience during the COVID-19 pandemic and how perceived stress, burnout, and job satisfaction may influence their intent to stay in the workforce.
