Abstract
The perioperative team-consisting of the registered nurse, certified surgical technologist, and perioperative nursing assistants-work collaboratively to ensure high-quality and safe patient care. Most of the members of the team are feel anxious when dealing with organ procurement because of the complexity of the procedure and needs.
