Abstract

In this presentation the presenter describes a qualitative description study that aimed to identify intervention attributes that pediatric critical care unit nurses with moral distress histories deem important to develop a future moral distress intervention. Identifying intervention attributes is necessary to develop effective strategies to minimize moral distress.
