Abstract

Nurses with compassion fatigue often report poor sleep habits and quality. Factors associated may include technology use like sleep texting. Incorporating appropriate comprehensive assessments that include current sleep habits and experiences with sleep texting are important to obtain, leading to interventions that will promote health and good sleep habits.
