Abstract

Due to the poor nursing work environment under emergency conditions, attempts of organizational adaptation should be proposed to protect nurses and improve their job performance. This qualitative study aims to explore the organizational adaptation and resource support, along with nursing staff deployment from the perspectives of frontline nurse managers.
