Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic forced the movement of in-person staff interactions into the world of endless online virtual meetings. The social disconnection of these virtual meetings created a boring and impersonal reality. Fun Friday created a personal connection between hospital educators while helping them decompress from pandemic stress.
