Abstract

Although the pandemic may be correlated with healthcare workers leaving the profession, it is also associated with shaping a tenacious and hardy workforce. This novel research examines a sample of the healthcare workforce during different waves of the pandemic. Hospitals focused on culture and teamwork reduced turnover and enhanced resilience.
