Abstract

Direct care nurses need accessible, effective, and convenience ways to stay up to date and demonstrated clinical competencies. Unit based education can provide an alternative to the traditional annual competency skill fair and increase nurse workplace satisfaction through brining customized mandatory education to the nurse.
