Abstract

Nurse refusal of the COVID-19 vaccine despite mandates may exacerbate nursing shortages. This presentation will explore findings from a study on nurse vaccination status and rationale for vaccination, perceived healthcare institution support, and changes to the profession during COVID-19, as well as ethical considerations around workplace vaccine mandates.
