Abstract
Nurses face challenges of burnout, staffing shortages, and high turnover, impacting mental health and job satisfaction. This session offers evidence-based strategies to foster positive practice environments. Attendees will explore assessing mental wellness, integrating well-being into strategic plans, and addressing compassion fatigue. Additionally, a new program aimed to close existing gaps in organizations’ well-being programs will be introduced.
