Abstract
This session explores how academic programs can strengthen clinical judgment through competency-based assessment and AI-enabled learning tools. Using data from new graduate clinical judgment assessments, participants will discover how HealthStream’s Competency Suite Student Edition supports earlier identification of judgment gaps, personalized development, and smoother transitions from the classroom to practice.
