Abstract
Work-life balance is fundamental to workforce satisfaction, retention, and overall job performance in healthcare settings. The nursing profession is uniquely impacted by generational differences, as Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Millennials each hold distinct expectations regarding career commitments and personal life integration (McGowan, Connolly, McNulty, & Kearney, 2022).
