Zelia Taylor-Pearson, DNP, RN - Dr. Zelia Taylor-Pearson, a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)-prepared nurse leader, consultant, author, and speaker, possesses extensive experience in advancing nursing practice, healthcare innovation, and evidence-based care. Her expertise encompasses psychiatric nursing, clinical informatics, healthcare leadership, academic scholarship, and knowledge transformation.

Dr. Taylor-Pearson served in the U.S. Army Nurse Corps and the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she led initiatives in healthcare innovation and nursing informatics. She has presented her work at national and international conferences, including those organized by the Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society, emphasizing advancements in nursing technology and practice transformation.

Her scholarly contributions include peer-reviewed publications, development of educational content, and leadership in implementing evidence-based practice. Dr. Taylor-Pearson also advocates for global mental health awareness and the integration of emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, into healthcare. As a collaborator with academic institutions, Dr. Taylor-Pearson serves as a researcher, graduate student mentor, and educator. She advances the nursing profession through research dissemination, leadership development, and the empowerment of future nurse leaders.
