Abstract

This research synthesized 16 studies to corroborate that the fear of uncertainty, dilemma of triage, and adverse mental health were the significant threats to EDRNs. Additionally, the up-to-date training program, modified triage system, promotion of resilience, early stress-relieved intervention, and professional affirmation may help EDRNs cope with pandemic-related challenges effectively.
