Abstract

Meaningful recognition, a form of feedback describing how one makes a difference in the life of another, also serves to illustrate the elements of a healthy work environment in action. Focusing on meaningful recognition as a catalyst to shape and drive healthy work environments, attendees will be introduced to evidence-based budget neutral practices they can utilize to positively impact team members, workplace culture, and patient experience.
