Healthy teams make healthy workplaces. Explore how interprofessional collaboration, anchored in patient partnership, shared goals, and coordinated work, reduces individual burden and renews a shared sense of purpose and connection in care.
By the end of this webinar, participants will be able to:
- Differentiate between multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and interprofessional teams,
- Explain how interprofessional team design influence individual and collective well-being, and
- Identify at least one actionable change they can make to promote well-being within their interprofessional team.
